1. How much will it cost?
Pricing is varied as each project is going to be different. We cannot provide flat rates, only quotes on projects that are ready to be realized. Budgets are easier to work with though, so we do prefer if you let us know how much you’re willing to pay first.
2. How long will it take?
Again, all projects are different, but we generally like to get things done in 2 weeks or less. Projects have been known to span over a month but this is usually due to large scale production or people not replying to messages promptly.
3. Deposits or exit fees?
We do not require deposits but if a project has been agreed upon and commenced, in the unlikelihood you would like to cancel the project an exit fee of 1/4th the agreed upon price must be paid. This is set to a minimum of $250 and a maximum of $500.
4. What are your payment options?
We prefer bank transfer as there is only a $10 fee. If you are unable to do an international transfer (as we are based in Australia), PayPal is fine, but a fee will have to be paid on top (2.9% + $0.30). Invoices can also be generated upon request.
